Do you wish that all of your child’s classes and co-ops were on one day and in one place?
Would you be more involved if you only had one place to go on one day?
Are you a teacher who wants to teach a class or a parent who wants to start a co-op, but does not have anywhere to hold it?
Tuesday School may be your answer!
Tuesday School began on August 18th with a bang! Over 90 families and 180 children are participating in Tuesday
School. But you may still be asking yourself, "What is Tuesday School?" It is one day a week where we try to put as
many co-ops and classes together as possible. Westside Baptist Church has graciously allowed us to utilize their
facility yet again this year. Hopefully, there is less running around during the week and as we saw last year, Tuesday
School provided a great opportunity for getting to know fellow homeschoolers - for the children and the parents.
Tuesday school is open to NBHSA members and non-members. Many classes/co-ops are full or they have already
progressed to the point where a student could not just join in. There are some classes/co-op that are still open and
can accommodate additional students if they sign-up this month (September). They are:
8:30 - Art 1 Class
9:40 - Mystery of History Co-op, Art 2 Class, Yoga Class
12:30 - Art 1 Class, Speech/Debate Class
1:30 - MS/HS Drama Class, Answers for Kids Class
2:30 - Art 1 Class
Class and co-op openings are are first come/first signed up.
