Tuesday Co-op Registration

It is easy to register for Tuesday Co-op courses.  Simply view the courses by clicking on Tuesday Co-op, located on the header above. Afterwards, please print and fill out the Tuesday Co-op registration form, located below. 

The Tuesday Co-op Registration/Orientation Meetings will be held at First Baptist Church Of Mims, 2395 Kentucky Ave., Mims, FL., 32754, on Tuesday, August 9, 2011.  Returning families should register at 9:00 a.m.. All new registrants should register at 12:00 p.m..  All fees will be collected at this time.  Please bring cash or check (sorry, no credit cards will be accepted). 

Remember that all Tuesday Co-op participant families must be members of NBHSA. It is a requirement that anyone registering for Tuesday Co-op must also apply for membership with NBHSA at that same time.  Please print and fill out the NBHSA membership form and submit it along with the appropriate fees at the Tuesday Co-op/Orientation meeting. 

Attendance is mandatory!  If you are absolutely unable to attend this meeting, you will need to e-mail Carrie Backus no later than 6:00 p.m. on August 8th.
